Spiritual Healing Story
“I am a 66 year old woman, who went to my GP with numbness in my left hand and leg. My GP sent me to the Hospital emergency department that same day with a suspected stroke.
I was referred to the Neurosurgery when after long periods of waiting, they thought it was due to trapped nerves in my neck and there was showing some ‘wear and tear’ on the discs. I saw 3 Neurosurgeons who said my spinal cord was intact and not compromised. I also was referred to another hospitel for Neurosurgery for a second opinion. In the interim I went to see a Neurologist who specialised in Multiple Sclerosis, as I had all these symptoms, and he put me through several MRI scans and a painful spinal tap. By this stage I was desperate for answers.
No doctor could find out what was wrong with me. My numbness and latterly advancing paralysis in my left leg was increasing so that I could not walk nor feel anything in my whole body. I had declining memory and it was as though my body was giving up; in the end I was dragging myself around the house with 2 walking sticks.
I decided to do spiritual healing with the Shaman - using the plant medicines. I was nervous at first as I was aware that it can be quite hard on your body, especially with my advancing age and high blood pressure.
Nothing could be further from the truth; my ceremony was very gentle. I had no hallucinations nor bad experiences. In my one ceremony that I had, I learnt from the spirits that my condition was as a result of a lifetime of worry and resentment. The Master Shaman in the ceremony saw a negative energy wrapped around my head which he then proceeded to take away with the help of the good spirits. At the end of the ceremony, I started to purge with severe diarrhea. I am now fit and healthy. I have no numbness; I am active and can walk again thanks to Ayahuasca and my faith in God. I am so very grateful for this healing and the wellness that has been given to me. Never give up hope. The Spirits are looking out for you.
